3. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work, property condition, or requested services differ from what was originally described. All quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Booking and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. You agree to provide accurate access instructions, parking information, and any details necessary for our team to complete the service safely and efficiently. Someone aged 18 or older must be present at the start of the first appointment unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-show appointments may be charged in full.

M&E Cleaning Services is fully insured; however, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed as fragile, or damage caused by improper installation, defective surfaces, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
